* Make a backup!!!
* Stop JBoss
* Replace the OpenKM.war
* Start JBoss again
* Enjoy OpenKM 5.1.8!

If you have any weird problem try to stop JBoss, delete these folders:

* $JBOSS_HOME/server/default/work
* $JBOSS_HOME/server/default/tmp

And start JBoss again.
