Si da warning por el tema de los locales, hacer lo siguiente:

 $ export LANGUAGE=en_GB.UTF-8
 $ export LANG=en_GB.UTF-8
 $ export LC_ALL=en_GB.UTF-8
 $ sudo locale-gen en_GB.UTF-8
 $ sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales

Puedes leer más sobre el tema en How to set up a clean UTF-8 environment in Linux.
