On making a subscription to a document or a folder an icon will appear at the side of the document or folder indicating that the user is subscribed to said document or folder.
At the same time in the folder tree, those folders to which the user is subscribed will be displayed in a different colour to differentiate them:
- → You are subscribed to the folder and it has no more subfolders
- → You are subscribed to the folder and it contains subfolders
- → You are subscribed to the folder, it contains no subfolders and is read-only
- → You are subscribed to the folder, it contains subfolders and is read-only
Also in the properties panel, both for folders as well as for documents, the subscription status is displayed, whether the user is subscribed to it or not.
