There are some keyboard shortcuts that you can use with OpenKM.
On folders, documents and mails
F2 | to rename |
SUPR | to delete |
CTRL+SHIFT+C | to copy |
CTRL+SHIFT+X | to cut |
CTRL+SHIFT+V | to paste |

F5 | to refresh the environment |
INSERT | to show popup for inserting documents |
