OpenKM is focused on creating an Open Source electronic document management system, that due to its characteristics can be used by big companies as well as by the small ones, as a useful tool in processing knowledge management, providing a more flexible and cost effective alternative to other proprietary applications.

Nota clasica.png OpenKM 5.1.10 released! See Changelog for more info and Migration Guide.

The use of a knowledge management system in a company helps to manage, more efficiently, the intelligence of the available resources of this company; this redounds to an increase of productivity, in the medium term. Through these systems the information, as well as the knowledge generated within the organization, can be both globally accessed.

Some pages are restricted to anonymous users (those marked with a Padlock.gif) because we need funds to maintain the documentation effort. If you want to access these pages, please become a subscriber and help us to keep OpenKM alive.

OpenKM wiki subscription don't have to be renewed for new users. You login user will be valid for years!

You can also get a free account if you become an OpenKM contributor (source code improvements, etc.)

Please contact sales@openkm.com appending the payment info to send your login and password.

The user creation process is not automatic (need human handwork) and we don't have trained monkey to do the job. If you make the payment on weekend the mail with the username and password may delay for several hours. So, don't get nervous!
