Each user must have assigned a profile. A profile is a definition on general configuration parameters of UI interface, available extensions, and other OpenKM features that allows to customizate end user interface.

Special parameters

Quota limit allow users to uploading documents until some size. That's useful for administrator purposes to take better control on repository growing, and detecting bad users aplication abuse.

Advanced filters must be used when the number of users is high. That enables the user and group filtering features.

Web skin is useful for cyrilic and similar languages like chinese, japanese etc... For that languages is useful use medium font by default.

Wizard property group here can be indicated each time a new file is uploaded, OpenKM will demand some metadata. Here must put the metadata group name separated by ","

Wizard workflow here can be indicated each time a new file is uploaded, OpenKM will demand some workflow. Here must put the metadata name separated by ","

Wizard keyword here can be indicated each time a new file is uploaded, OpenKM will demand some keywords.

Wizard categories here can be indicated each time a new file is uploaded, OpenKM will demand some categories.



Nota clasica.png If some property wizard is available, any new document uploaded will demand some extra information. Wizard properties are for all repository without distinction
