  • Make a backup!!!
  • Stop Tomcat
  • Edit OpenKM.cfg and set hibernate.hbm2ddl to update
  • Replace the OpenKM.war
  • If using Oracle, run from your preferred SQL client these queries:
ALTER TABLE OKM_ACTIVITY MODIFY (ACT_PATH CLOB);
ALTER TABLE OKM_AUTO_ACTION_PARAMS MODIFY (AAP_PARAM CLOB);
ALTER TABLE OKM_CONFIG MODIFY (CFG_VALUE CLOB);
ALTER TABLE OKM_MIME_TYPE MODIFY (MT_IMAGE_CONTENT CLOB);
ALTER TABLE OKM_NODE_DOCUMENT MODIFY (NDC_TEXT CLOB);
ALTER TABLE OKM_WIKI_PAGE MODIFY (WKP_CONTENT CLOB);
  • Start Tomcat again
  • Enjoy OpenKM 6.2.1!

If you have any weird problem try to stop Tomcat, delete these folders:

  • $TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/OpenKM
  • $TOMCAT_HOME/work/Catalina/localhost

And start Tomcat again.


Nota clasica.png Property Group section from the export metadata has been modified a bit. The "type" property has changed from Integer to String.
