The application permits notification by email of the insertion and update of a new document via an email message.
The user to whom the application has sent a notification by email will see a message with a direct link (URL) to the document, the user who has made the notification and a message (description) if the user has supplied one.
The “subject” of the email received by the user will be something similar to the following:
OpenKM - NOTIFICATION - “Document Name”
