In the mail information view, users can access some user queries saved in the search panel as “save as user news”. Results depend on how the user made the queries about which information they want to see continually.
Queries are refreshed automatically by OpenKM every 30 minutes.
The information available is
- Each query made by user, saved as user news in search view.
